Got locked out of my apartment whilst in the middle of making dinner! I had food in the oven that was burning, and I was terrified of causing a fire. Ron came within 15 minutes and unlocked us in less than a minute! Very generous and friendly guy, fair price, and prompt. I'm definitely going to call him if this ever happens again! Would give a higher rating if I could.

Super fast and efficient service. My friends door was locked and we had no other way of getting in at 11 pm at night. They came in 5 minutes and opened it within 2 minutes. They were also very good with pricing. All the other places weren’t responding or refusing to come but these guys came right away!

The staff here are so helpful. Very insightful and knowledgeable on basic household questions. They have a variety of tools and miscellaneous. They also cell basic office/household amenities. Small place but huge selection of items to choose from. From specific tools needed to ideas on how to go about a project. Closes around 9 but the staff has always waited for my last minute grabs. Honest and always willing to lend a hand. They are always making copies of keys here.

I called the service after locking myself out of the place, Ron came in at 20 mins after and was really friendly. He understood my situation and that I was only a student so he gave a great deal for the amount of doors I needed unlocked. No damage to any door and he was very friendly and polite.

I was locked out of my car next to my house I called Jefferson Hardware and and they came very quick in less than 20 minutes the team are mobile jefferson hardware was very professional and they give my a reasonable price i will recommend them to all of my friends in New-York area.

The staff here is incredible. I came in 10 minutes before closing with a broken HP laptop charger (urgently needed for a work deadline that night). They didn't have any in stock, but they LENT ME THEIRS (their only one) for no charge, just asking I bring it back the next day. Find me another hardware store in the 5 boroughs that treats its customers so kindly.

Great service! We originally scheduled them to change a few locks in my apartment at 2pm, but my schedule changed and they were flexible enough to come sooner. Personable staff, excellent service. New locks! We even needed help moving some furniture and they helped. Would recommend.

Went to the store looking for a specific length of ethernet cable and Eric had two one was too short and one extremely long, he got out from behind the counter and we looked for it for a while and he literally scanned everything single spot for the wire i needed, even pulled a ladder to make sure he finds it (last piece he had) and he found it! Thanks to him i have full internet speed. 10/10 Eric is the best!!

The scale i purchasued was faulty brought it back to the shop, the clerk attempted to fix it to see if it worked or not. Seeing it was truly faulty he gave me a refund although store policy is no return on electronic devices. Very professional and made the headache a bit easier.

Great hardware store with excellent service and very friendly staff. They have all the basics you might need, and the team is always helpful and welcoming. A reliable go to spot for any quick project or home fix.
